Bridal Service Agreement

This AGREEMENT is between Helium L.L.C. (Salon) And The Under Signed (Bridal Client) On the Day, Month and year of Date*
- Wedding date: All services will be provided on or before the wedding, which will occur on The day, month and year of Date* .
- Services Provided day of will be based of chosen services you select in the Bridal Service menu.
- Securing appointments & deposit:
Booking Guarantee

Your wedding date and appointment times are guaranteed once all of the following are completed:
-This agreement is completed in full and signed.
-A 50% deposit of all selected services is paid.
-A valid credit card in the bridal client’s name is on file with an expiration date extending beyond the wedding date.

4. Attendance & Late Arrival Policy

-If the bridal client or any guest receiving services is 15 minutes or more late to their scheduled service time, a $20 late fee per person will apply.

5. No-Show Policy

-If the bridal client or any guest receiving services is 15 minutes or more late and unavailable to receive services, the individual will be considered a no-show.
-No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

6. Cancellations & Appointment Changes

-All cancellations and appointment changes must be made at least 90 days prior to the wedding date.
-This includes adding or removing services, changing service times, or altering appointments.
-Changes or cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date will result in a fee equal to 100% of the total agreed-upon services, regardless of whether services are performed.

7. Gratuity

-Gratuity is included in the total service price. Additional tipping is not required.

8. Trials

-Trial appointments are intended to finalize styles, timing, and products for the wedding day.
-Trials are optional but recommended and are charged separately.
-Trial appointments must be scheduled by the bridal client no earlier than 30 days and no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date.

9. Pre-Wedding Services

-Pre-wedding services are recommended but not required and must be scheduled by the bridal client.

10. Payment Policy

-All services will be charged to the credit card on file no later than 30 days before the wedding date.
-Any changes made after the 90-day deadline must be paid in full.
-The bridal client authorizes Helium Salon to charge the card on file for all services and any applicable late, no-show, or cancellation fees outlined in this agreement.

11. Liability

-All tools and products are sanitized according to salon and regulatory standards.
-Any allergies or skin conditions must be disclosed prior to receiving services.
-The bridal client agrees to release and hold harmless Helium Salon from liability related to allergic reactions or complications arising from services provided.

12. Assignment

This agreement is specific to the salon and bridal client and may not be transferred without written consent from both parties.

13. Waiver

Any waiver of this agreement must be in writing and signed and applies only to the specific instance stated.

14. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Here is a list of our bridal services as well as prices. By selecting the services, as well as quantity of each service, we can determine if we have the availability to render all requested services, on your chosen wedding date. All prices reflect our current 2023 wedding price list.
When Scheduling all bridal services we will rendered time slots availbe for services you have selected. From that point we will build a mock itinerary and send it to you. In that Intinerary we will have time slots that will need filled with a name. Remember you will be responsible for sharing the schedule with your guests.

Bridal Style Trial
Need a chance to figure out what you want to do on your big day? This is for you, This style includes any preference the bride may have as well as application of any hair accessories and or veil.
