CODE OF CONDUCT

I agree to uphold all conditions set or implied in this Code of Conduct. The purpose of the activities and the reasons for my presence are to expand my thinking, for spiritual renewal, to acquaint myself with Religious Science principles, to learn how to apply these principles in my everyday life and to enjoy myself in the process. I give myself the gift of learning how to make a difference in my life by attending this event. I acknowledge that all of my peers will attend with the same purpose. I know that the Advisors give their time to be at this event as a gift of love to me. I pledge my support and respect to their efforts. I understand and accept that by signing this I am more than giving my word, I AM PLEDGING TO BE MY WORD:

1.        I will stay within the grounds and boundaries at all times.

2.        I will not bring nor use alcohol, drugs, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapor products, any other mind-altering substances or paraphernalia.

3.        I will not bring knives, firearms, or other weapons.

4.        I will not engage in intimate sexual activity or conversations.

5.        I will not bring, distribute or access pornographic material.

6.        I will report any injury or illness immediately to an advisor.

7.        I will be at all events on time and participate fully in all scheduled activities.

8.        I will respect the privacy and property of others, as I would want them to respect mine.

9.        I will follow all rules.

I agree to be where I am supposed to be, doing what I am supposed to be doing at all times. I realize that failure to comply with these agreements will result in consequences that could include being sent home at my or my family’s expense. I agree to meet with the Event Director upon awareness of a violation of the Code of Conduct during or following the event to discuss what transpired as well as possible consequences.

This Code of Conduct will be in force for the duration, including transportation to and from the activity or event. Mile Hi Church will not be responsible for any consequence that results from any infraction of the Code of Conduct.

Parent/Guardian First Name* Parent/Guardian Last Name* hereby grant permission to MHC and its representatives to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me and/or my child for use at MHC activities, in news releases, Facebook® pages related to MHC and youth ministries, PowerPoint slide presentations, and/or promotional materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, websites, or other electronic communications. I further agree that my child’s name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall be the property of MHC representatives. I also understand that the Camper may be photographed or appear in video for such purposes as MHC deems necessary.
