Within 7-10 business days of form submission, you will receive a certificate and letter of acknowledgement in the mail. If you would prefer to submit your donation via check, please mail it to PO Box 5471, Covington, LA 70434 to be received by the submission date below.
Forms must be submitted by February 15th to be named a sponsor for the current year's scholarship cycle.
