2023 Western Region Call for Proposals

First of all, we want to THANK YOU for your interest in presenting or leading a workshop at this year’s AEE-Western Region conference! Workshops and presentations are an integral part of our annual conference and we are grateful for your desire to contribute. This year our theme is Creating Just and Transformative Cycles of Experiential Education for All, and we are excited to offer presentations that align with this theme.

In order to formally submit your conference proposal, please complete and submit this form by January 30. Once submitted, your proposal will be considered for the 2023 Western Regional AEE Conference. If your workshop or presentation is selected, you will be notified and will be eligible to register for the conference at the discounted presenter rate.

As a note, registration rates will rise as the conference approaches, so you are encouraged to register as soon as you are informed of workshop acceptance.

AUDIO-VISUAL NEEDS A flip chart, easel and markers will be provided for all workshops. Please indicate below if you intend to utilize audio-visual (AV) equipment in your experiential workshop so that we can be sure that the room properly equipped with an extension cord and power strip as well as a projection area/screen. Access to AV equipment and technical support is limited. Where absolutely necessary for your presentation, please bring your own AV equipment.
