DIY Bath Teas! One of my absolute favorite ways to end the day, a herbal tea bath, has many benefits for both the body and the mind. Herbal tea baths use 100% natural ingredients and are kind to the body, helping to reduce stress levels and aiding good sleep, amongst many other benefits.

Learn how to craft your own calming and tranquil bath tea! In this workshop you will learn various ways of combating dry skin in the winter. Mix your own Bath tea with examples of recipes and combinations, tie it to your bathtub and indulge! You will have instruction on creating your very own combination, adding ingredients custom to your needs and favorite fragrances.
