CLASS POLICIES: 

1. Payment Policy: Payment is due in full at the end of the first class and holds your spot for rest of the 6 week session. First day is free; no commitment to continue unless payment is made. 
2. Refund Policy: Please note that there are NO REFUNDS made after the start of class – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you miss a class, we will provide coaching, or allow you to sit in on another class session with or without your dog at our discretion. If your dog is ill, you may attend class without him/her so that you can keep up with the class material. If we determine that your dog is unsuitable for the class in which you have enrolled, we will refund your class fee.
3. Session Dates: Can be subject to change or canceled (snow etc) without prior warning.
4. Class Rules: We do not allow choke, prong, or shock collars. No retractable leashes are permitted. All dogs must be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Proof of rabies vaccine required. Titers accepted as by law. Sensible dress and footwear are suggested for safety. Dogs that are aggressive to either humans or other dogs are not permitted in group classes – please tell us if you think this is an issue so that we can help you in other ways. Judgment of your class instructor is final on all class management issues. 

This contract is validated by checking the "I agree" box below in total and as approval for future services without additional written authorization.

WAIVER:  

I recognize that Pet Pals is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times. I hereby agree to abide by the rules and policies of PetPals training classes as set forth in this contract. I understand that attendance of dog training classes is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog. In consideration of, and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership in this training class, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetPals its officers, directors, instructors, agents, employees and/or representatives of any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family, or accompanying guests of mine of injury, expense, costs or damages to myself, my dog or any handler sponsored by me both in class and out of class. In addition, I agree that I will defend and indemnify Pet Pals for any injury, expense, costs or damages to any dog handlers or dogs, whether sponsored by me or not, or to third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my dog. By checking "I agree" below, you agree that Pet Pals has express permission to contact your veterinarian, or law enforcement agency, regarding issues involving the health or behavior of the pet named herein, and that if you wish to revoke this permission it must be revoked in writing by the legal owner of said pet.
