    Children & Family/Friend: *We kindly ask that children or family/friends without appointments not accompany you at yours. *If your child comes with you to the salon, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Salon Etiquette: We kindly ask for a polite volume. Late Arrivals: Arrivals later than 10 minutes are subject to reschedule depending. Complimentary Technical Adjustment: We do not offer refunds. However we are more than happy to make adjustments. If you would like to make an adjustment to the color or cut please reach out within 72 hours and we will gladly get you as soon as possible. **A Non refundable deposit will be received when the appointment is booked and may be transferred to another date when 48 hours notice is given. *When less than 24 hours notice is given the deposit is forfeited. *Cancellations day of and no shows will be charged the remainder of the appointment. We understand that emergencies happen. It is up to stylist discretion to withhold the deposit in certain situations.
