Suppliers and Travel Services Disclosure

I UNDERSTAND that Ashli Moore and Travel Culture is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services.  I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased.  I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Ashli Moore or Travel Culture responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience. 

I accept that Ashli Moore and Travel Culture are not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold either of them liable for any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on the account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond reasonable control.  I agree that this disclaimer includes the entire traveling party and that in the event of any disputes; they may only be litigated in the state of Alabama, Madison County, with a maximum penalty not to exceed the total earned by Ashli Moore or Travel Culture in the original transaction. 

Prices, Estimates, and Quotes

I UNDERSTAND all prices are based on currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of printing or posting. All cruises, airlines, accommodations, tours, itineraries and the like, are based on the policies, schedules and operational conditions at the time of printing or posting and may change at any time. 

If flight schedules change, any necessary additional expenses including extra night(s) accommodation will be passed on to the passenger. Air and cruise fuel surcharges are included and are subject to change.

Availability of prices on the Travel Culture website, in the brochure, or in any printed or posted material, is limited and at the time of purchase prices may be higher.

I UNDERSTAND all quotes are based on the current information available at the time and that they are only estimates and are subject to change.

I understand that the airline tickets, tours, cruises, accomodations or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Travel Culture to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Travel Culture to charge payment for such additional amounts after I have been notified of pricing change.

Discounts and Price Change

I UNDERSTAND that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. Conversely, cancellation of any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in financial penalties, in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policies.  

I UNDERSTAND all prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and any other unforeseen circumstances.

Forms of Payment

Travel Culture advises the use of payment other than cash or check in the event that a vendor ceases to operate so that the client may have the opportunity to dispute the charge. 

I have been advised to use a form of payment other than cash or check that may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.

 

All checks must cleared before moving forward with travel arrangments. 

 

Cancellations/Changes

Although Travel Culture will do its best to inform clients of supplier's Change/Cancellation Policies, Travel Culture advises all clients to review and research any and all supplier's Change/Cancellation Policy on their own before agreeing to any reservations or booking.  Travel Culture will not be held responsible for the clients failing to do so.  

I have been informed of Change/Cancellation Policy by suppliers through personal research and understand that any cancellation/changes of any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in financial penalties, in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policies.  Therefore, I will not hold Ashli Moore or Travel Culture responsible for any change or cancellaiton that the supplier my impose. 

Passports, Visas and Other Documentation

Travel Culture will do it's best inform clients of travel documents needed for national and international travel, (i.e. passports, visa, and the like), however, Travel Culture is not responsible for the issuance of travel identification such as passports and/or visas and travelers should ensure they have or have been approved for the appropriate documents before purchasing travel and will not hold Travel Culture or Ashli Moore responsible for failing to do so. 

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas. 

Deposit

I understand that I will need to make an initail deposit before service can be provided to me provided by Travel Culture and any travel arragements are made. 

Deposits are a follows: 

• Classic Design 200 per person - up to 7 travelers
• Unique Design 250 per person - up to 7 travelers
• Specialty Group Vacations 1800 per group - 8 or more travelers
• Group Design 1400 per group - 8 or more travelers
• Private Villas - 150 per person - up to 9 travelers - 1400 per group            (10 or more)
• All-Inclusive Resorts 125 per person - up to 10 travelers - 1300 per group  (11 or more)
• Cruises - 100 per person - up to 11 travelers - 1200 per group (12 or more)

*Destination Change Fee - 100 per family/group

**Flights - $20 service fee may be added per ticket.

***Out-of-Network/Direct Booking Service Fee - $20 per supplier***

 

Travel Culture's Terms and Conditions of Guaratee:

If you are unsatisfied with your travel itinerary and we cannot come to an agreement I will refund you half of your deposit.

Document Review

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact Travel Culture if I have any questions. 

I understand that by signing and initialing the terms and conditions set forth by Ashli Moore and Travel Culture will be filed and set to expire one year from the date signed.  

By initialing and signing this form, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You may also print, sign, scan, and return this form by email to: ashlimoore@gotravelculture.com. By signing below, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to Travel Culture, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy.
