  • Document Review

    I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact Ashli if I have any questions. 

  • Suppliers and Travel Services Disclosure

    I UNDERSTAND that Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services.  I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased.  I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience. 

    I accept that Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture are not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold either of them liable for any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on the account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond reasonable control.  I agree that this disclaimer includes the entire traveling party and that in the event of any disputes; they may only be litigated in the state of Alabama, Madison County, with a maximum penalty not to exceed the total earned by Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture in the original transaction. 

  • Prices, Estimates, and Quotes

    I UNDERSTAND all prices are based on currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of printing or posting. All cruises, airlines, accommodations, tours, itineraries and the like, are based on the policies, schedules and operational conditions at the time of printing or posting and may change at any time. 

    If flight schedules change, any necessary additional expenses including extra night(s) accommodation will be passed on to the passenger. Air and cruise fuel surcharges are included and are subject to change.

    I UNDERSTAND all quotes are based on the current information available at the time and that they are only estimates and are subject to change.

    I understand that the airline tickets, tours, cruises, accommodations or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Travel Culture to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Travel Culture to charge payment for such additional amounts after I have been notified of pricing change.

  • Discounts and Price Change

    I UNDERSTAND that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. Conversely, cancellation of any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in financial penalties, in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policies.  

    I UNDERSTAND all prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and any other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Forms of Payment

    Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture advises the use of payment other than cash or check in the event that a vendor ceases to operate so that the client may have the opportunity to dispute the charge. 

    I have been advised to use a form of payment other than cash or check that may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.

     

    All checks must cleared before moving forward with travel arrangements. 

     

  • Transaction Authorization

    This is to confirm that, in keeping with all applicable laws, I authorize Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture to purchase, including but not limited to, travel, travel related products, travel insurance, service fees and the like using the payment provided.  I further understand that I have authorized this/these transaction(s) and will hold Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture travel agency harmless with respect to this/these transaction(s).

    It is understood that Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture may request government issued photo identification and may verify the billing address as well as request front and back copies of any credit cards being used for the purchase(s). 

  • Cancellations/Changes

    Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture issues these traffic documents in the sole capacity as agent for the airline, tour company, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the traffic document, brochure, correspondence or other communication. As the agent of the supplier Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture does not assume the responsibility for the cancellation or substitution or service by the supplier, financial default of the supplier, refunds or unused services to be provided by the supplier, or any obligation, service or monies not the specific responsibility of Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture.

    AlthoughAshli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture will do its best to inform clients of supplier's Change/Cancellation Policies, Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture advises all clients to review and research any and all supplier's Change/Cancellation Policy on their own before agreeing to any reservations or booking.  Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture will not be held responsible for the clients failing to do so.  

    I have been informed of Change/Cancellation Policy by suppliers through personal research and understand that any cancellation/changes of any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in financial penalties, in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policies.  Therefore, I will not hold Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture responsible for any change or cancellation that the supplier my impose. 

  • Passports, Visas and Other Documentation

    Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture will do it's best inform clients of travel documents needed for national and international travel, (i.e. passports, visa, and the like), however, Travel Culture is not responsible for the issuance of travel identification such as passports and/or visas and travelers should ensure they have or have been approved for the appropriate documents before purchasing travel and will not hold Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture responsible for failing to do so. 

    I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas. 

  • Planning Fees

    I understand that the planning fee must be paid in full before Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture can provide any services or make travel arrangements on my behalf.

    I understand that planning fees are non-refundable. 

    Planning Fees are as follows:

    Recommendations - $89

    89 per destination ---Includes: accommodations, restaurants and tour suggetsions---- not included: bookings and reservations

    Cruises: 

    149 - Full service for first port + 25 for each additional port

    (example: ruise to Cozumel = $150 + Progreso =$25 = $175 Total)

    Cruise Full Service Includes:

    • Flights
    • Pre and post cruise accommodations
    • Transfer to and from ports,
    • Excursion recommendations
    • Bookings and Reservation

    All Inclusive Resorts - 149

    All Inclusive Service Includes:

    • Flights
    • Pre and post cruise accommodations
    • Transfer to and from resort
    • Tour recommendations
    • Bookings and Reservations

    Fully Customized Itineraries:

    250 - Full service for first destination + 100 for each additional destination

    (example: Rome = $250 + Florence =$100 + Venice = $100 = $450 total)

    Fully Customized Vacation Itineraries Include:

    • Flights
    • Accommodations
    • Transfers and Transportation
    • Tour recommendations 
    • Restaurant recommendations
    • Booking and Reservations

    Other Fees that may apply:

    • Destination Change Fee - $50
    • Flights - $40 per person
    • Out-of-Network/Direct Booking Service Fee - $50 per supplier
    • Rush Fee - A $100 rush fee will be applied to any travel request with a departure date scheduled within 1 to 2 months.

  • I understand that by signing and initialing the terms and conditions set forth by Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture will be filed and set to expire one year from the date signed.  

    By initialing and signing this form, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. You may also print, sign, scan, and return this form by email to: ashlimoore@gotravelculture.com. By signing below, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to Ashli Moore, Trophy Wife Travels, and Travel Culture, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy.
