Release and Waiver
If selected to run for Destination Imagination of New York, I will participate in the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half with Destination Imagination of New York and 100% of the proceeds I raise will be donated to Destination Imagination of New York. Destination Imagination of New York has the right to publicly announce my participation in the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half as a member of the Destination Imagination of New York Team. I have been notified that Destination Imagination is not liable for any injuries suffered in connection with my participation in this race or training and I hereby waive any rights I, my heirs, or any other person or entity may have for any claims or damages against Destination Imagination. I will raise a minimum of $1,500 for Destination Imagination, even if I am unable to participate in the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half. I understand that if I do not reach the minimum fundraising goal of $1,500 by 3/14/2025, my credit card will be charged the difference between my total as of 3/14/2025 and the $1,500 minimum. Failure to reach this minimum by 3/14/2025 will result in my removal from the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half. I agree to abide by all rules of the New York Road Runners (www.nyrr.org) relating to my participation in the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half and on the Destination Imagination of New York team.
