Girl Scouts of Central Indiana has collaborated with Cheddar Up to provide a digital payment and tracking tool platform that will help your troop or service unit easily collect money for activities and/or events.

Through our collaboration your troop or service unit bank account will be linked with your Cheddar Up account so you can quickly accept online payments for expenses such as uniforms, supplies, badges, activities, outings, camp, camporees or event registration.

This will NOT be taking the place of our current Fall Product or Cookie Program payment systems.

If you have more than one troop, please complete a form for each troop and each account must have a separate email address to log in.
As an Account Owner for Cheddar Up, I hereby agree to:
• Use only the information available to me for Girl Scout of Central Indiana use only.

• Not disclose information pertaining to members, any products (including software products), or intellectual property used in the course of my business for Girl Scouts of Central Indiana with anyone outside of the Council, both during my time as a registered volunteer member and at any time after my association with Girl Scouts of Central Indiana.

• I also understand that disclosure includes the auditory/verbal exchange of information, as well making copies of paper files and/or electronic files or allowing third parties to have access to original documents.

• I understand that failure to comply with this agreement may jeopardize my continued use on the Cheddar Up Platform and, in addition, may make me subject to other liability.

• As the Account Owner, I am a signer on the troop/service unit bank accounto I have the ability to assign managers to the account.

• All Managers must be registered GSCI volunteers.

•If I no longer am a signer on the account, I can transfer my role.

• I agree to notify Girl Scouts of Central Indiana as soon as possible for any changes to my banking information.
