     All other credits should be called into Client Care at 888-213-4486 Option 1.

    Note:. Credits submitted through this form may take up to 5-7 days to post to your account.  Should you require immediate assistance you can contact Customer Care at 888-213-4486.

    Track your credit:  You can view processed credits by visiting the “Invoices” page in My Account at my.royalcanin.com. Processed credits will have an invoice number of SC-xxxxxxx. Please allow up to seven business days for your account to be credited. If you do not see your credit invoice after the allotted time, please call our ROYAL CANIN® Client Care team at 888-213-4486, Option 1 for further assistance.

    Veterinary Credit and Refund policy

    Our palatability Guarantee means that all ROYAL CANIN products guarantee 100% satisfaction for superior palatability, quality, and consistency.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us for support.

    ROYAL CANIN will permit refunds or credits on products up to 180 days (6 months) past their expiration date.
