You (the client), agree that you have read, agreed, and fully comprehend the material presented to you. You also agree that you AGREE to all terms and conditions once you check out, which gives consent that you have read, agreed, and fully comprehend this information.
Payment and Charges
You (the client) understand that in order for GraphicsStudioA (the designer) to start any service, that you must pay in full the costs of any service that will be provided. No deposits are accepted under any circumstances. The only time deposits are prohibited is when you pay for services over $500, and there will be options to pay half, and then full. You also understand that once the money is received the start of the project will begin and that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Design Information
The client agrees that they will give full details/ description to the designer, and they also understand that if they do not adhere to this agreement they will receive a refund of their money. (THIS IS THE ONLY TIME A REFUND IS PROHIBITED) At this condition, the client will not be able to work with Graphics Studio A indefinitely. They also understand that what is submitted onto the design form will be used for the design.

* If your package gets sent back to me due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a re-shipping fee to get it sent back out to you.
All sales are final if any refund is to be given it will be STORE CREDIT!

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process and print your order. Your order will then be shipped and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. All order packages will require a signature to ensure you have received your order. Holidays, sales, pandemics, and natural disasters may delay processing and shipping times.
• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email or SMS text about your order shipping, then it has not shipped yet.
• It will take 5 - 7 days for us to process and print your order. Your order will then be shipped and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days.
• Shipping time may be extended due to personal and/or world events, that may cause a delay in your order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE PACKAGES ARE RECEIVED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF THIS ITEM. THIS RESPONSIBILITY IS PASSED ON TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY. I WILL ONLY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PACKAGE WHILE IT IS IN MY HANDS.

If you send payment, you confirm to reading and agree to all terms and conditions of @. You understand that greatness takes patience and you will not harass or disrespect the designer
Concepts
You must come to @ with a clear vision of what you would like done. with that, include specific prior to any work being done so there are no misunderstanding after hard work has been put in. If you do not have a clear vision of what you will like and want to book @ you'll have to use @ creative control
Response
Anytime you do business with @. Respond in a timely manner. That means business days and hours, and also with respect and attentiveness
Do not send payment and take hours to state what you would like to be done so be payment ready and have your idea ready to make progress quick and easy that's for both end
DISPUTES/CHARGEBACKS
If you, the client, for some reason decided that you want to dispute our order without communicating with us first to fix the problem, you WILL BE BANNED from our site and will not be able to book again! Please communicate with us first because we want to make sure all of our clients are satisfied!
We will process a partial or full refund if we, and the client aren't able to come to a mutual understanding. At Graphics Studio A we only want to work with clients who trust us! If there are any complications, or frustration on either end, we will refund!
Once you purchase any design. You agree to ALL TERMS!
