CREATING AN ACCOUNT
To place orders and access some features of the Site, you may have to register an account. This means you’ll have to give us accurate information including your name, your business name, address, a valid email address and telephone number. You warrant that any information you provide during the account set up process is accurate and correct at the time you provide the information and that you’ll update information should there be any changes to the information provided. You’ll be solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account (including orders placed on your account) so keep your account password secure.

Refunds & Payments
ALL payments are final. *There are NO refunds.* Once your payment has been received so please be sure that we are the right fit for your brand before submitting a project order.
There will be absolutely NO refunds given, If your item(s) happens to be damaged, ripped, or broken while in my care then you will be eligible for a refund.
*All orders are required TO BE PAID IN FULL!
Design Process + Satisfaction Guarantee
Client understands and agrees that projects can take up to 2 weeks for completion. Smaller projects such as logos, flyers, and templates can range from 2 - 5 business days for completion. Client also understands that edits and revisions may cause delays in their design process. Failure to submit necessary information to move the process along will also result in a delay of project completion. Client understands that the designer will communicate all of the necessary information that is required to move forward in detail with the client so that both said parties are in agreement.
Rush Order & Fees
*All clients are given a option for them to request a rush project for the service they, this canbe applied to all services and yes there is a Rush Fee . After you and I agree upon the final design and official files have been sent out, you will then own full rights to your designs. You will be sent a digital receipt via email confirming your purchase with a order number. Please HOLD ON to your order number and confirmation email.
Restart & Fees
*All clients are given a option for them to request to restart the service they choose excluding websites and packages which but their is an additional fee to restart any designs. After you and I agree upon the final design and official files have been sent out, you will then own full rights to your designs. You will be sent a digital receipt via email confirming your purchase with a order number. Please HOLD ON to your order number and confirmation email.
Revisions & Fees
*All clients are given two free revisions for all services excluding websites and packages which After free revisions have been used there will be a additional fee for any other changes made to any designs. Website designs have one free revision. After website is complete and published edit fees will apply. All finalized designs will be sent out to you via E-mail. (file types: pdf, png, jpeg) all other files must be requested. After you and I agree upon the final design and official files have been sent out, you will then own full rights to your designs. You will be sent a digital receipt via email confirming your purchase with a order number. Please HOLD ON to your order number and confirmation email.
Disclaimer
Discount codes are not applicable to sales items. Discounts are not applicable to deposits. Client understands that If they pay a deposit on a website design or any other services from GRAPHICSSTUDIOA the client can not apply any discount codes to their project. Client understands that Deposits are non-refundable for any service with a deposit option.
