• Animal Ark Puppy application

    The information contained in this application is used only for the purpose of placing a puppy and will not be used elsewhere. A $500 retainer fee to hold your puppy will be collected after your application is approved, and you will be placed on our reserve list or matched with an available puppy depending on your request. Your retainer will be deducted off the total price of the puppy.

Part of being a responsable breeder is ensuring we send the right puppy to the right home, and that looks a little bit different for every dog. While one home may be perfect for one dog, another dog may not thrive. Through this application we hope to get to know you and your family so that we can match you correctly or give you a choice of which puppies may fit your lifestyle.

  • I understand that the Labradoodle breed requires ongoing grooming, Including regular brushing, Nail care, and ear cleaning, As well as haircuts to the desired length of coat. I agree to keep my dog free of mats and regularly groomed, either by myself or a professional groomer.
