What is your approach to personal burnout prevention?
*
This field is required.
I have taken time to thoroughly examine and evolve my relationship to work and my own burnout cycle, I have really good understanding of how to keep myself operating at full capacity and I feel like I lead by example
I do my best to manage my workload with time management tools and I observe my capacity throughout the day and when I need a break I take it
I am the leader therefore addressing my workload is a luxury that I only have time for when I know everything that needs to be done is done
I don’t really have an approach

We have a set of actionable values that our leaders are held accountable to on a weekly basis and we have a system in place for improvement when they perform or manage out of value alignment
Our actionable values are communicated throughout the organization and are part of our onboarding and performance review process
We regularly gather direct and survey level feedback from our employees around mental wellness and burnout and immediately address any issues and review the data in our weekly leadership meeting
