We appreciate that plans do change and as such, we try to be accommodating as possible.
Cancellations
For bookings of 5 or less players, we offer a full or partial refund if cancelled or partially cancelled in no less than 48 hours of the session start time. If a refund cannot be given then we will transfer the paid funds to a Timberjacks gift card with a 12-month expiry date. This is subject to a 10% processing charge deducted from the originally paid funds.
For bookings of 6 or more players, we offer a full or partial refund if cancelled or partially cancelled in no less than 5 days of the session date. If a refund cannot be given then we will transfer the paid funds to a Timberjacks gift card with a 12-month expiry date. This is subject to a 10% processing charge deducted from the originally paid funds.
For all bookings made within 48 hours of the session start time, we regret that no refund can be given but a transfer to a Timberjacks gift card with a 12-month expiry date can be given. This is also subject to a 10% processing charge deducted from the originally paid funds.
Refunds for issued gift cards cannot be given.
Buffets
Please note that refunds for buffets cannot be given if cancelled in less than 7 days of the session date and these funds cannot be transferred to a TimberJacks gift card.
Rescheduled Bookings
We are happy to receive re-schedule requests provided they are received as per the time frames set out within our cancellation parameters.
Buffets
Buffets cannot be rescheduled if a request is received within 7 days of the session date. In these circumstances, a buffet will have to be recharged.
