Special Event Inquiry

Please let us know a bit about your special event and we will be in touch within 3 business days! All requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to requested event date.
Thank you for your interest in holding a special event at the U.S. Botanic Garden. All events held at the USBG must be Congressionally-related and only in the evenings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The event must also be bipartisan in nature. No personal celebrations, fundraising events, events linked to political activities, commercial events, advocacy or lobbying events are allowed. The maximum capacity is 250 but that is dependent on the type of setup/seating arrangement you envision. The earliest an event may begin is 6:00 p.m. and all events must end by 10:00 p.m. The Garden Court is not air conditioned and temperatures can reach up to 85 degrees in warmer months.
