  • Following is an "Architectural Review Application". Any addition, modification, or renewal that will effectively change the exterior appearance of your property requires approval by the Four Seasons HOA ARC. This application form must be filled out, and written approval given, prior to any work being started. This includes staining decks and fences, screen enclosures, satellite dishes, major landscaping additions, exterior paint, etc.

    Please refer to Four Seasons HOA CC&Rs (Article 4), the Architechtural Rules, Roofing Rules and Exterior Paint Palette for more details. This required policy ensures that the community maintains certain standards and an overall desirable appearance.

    The Four Seasons HOA ARC is bound by the CC&Rs to send you a decision within thirty (30) days after all materials have been submitted to render an approval or denial. After the ARC request submission, the ARC may require additional information in order to make a decision. 

    The proposed start date for your project must allow adequate time for the ARC  to review your request. To avoid approval delays on an extensive project, additional explanatory materials such as architectural drawings, sketches, pictures, contractor's specifications, lists of materials, paint samples, etc. must be included with the request. The time cycle allowed by the covenants for your request to be processed does not begin until the ARC Application request is considered complete.   • Required for Painting Projects: Applicants must paint a 3' x 3' sample of the paint color adjacent to the trim color on the home for the ARC to view prior to approval. This must be completed upopn submission and the thirty day review period will not begin until this is complete.

  • You will be notified of the disposition of your application. In some cases, approval will be contingent upon “conditions” that must be met. When an application cannot be approved as submitted, the ARC will then, when requested, make every effort to assist and advise you in order that an acceptable proposal may be submitted. When approval cannot be given, you will be notified on the grounds upon which the denial is based.

  • Homeowner Acknowledgement

    • I acknowledge that if this request is approved, any change from what has been approved must also be approved prior to making the change.
    • I understand that starting a project before approval is received could result in the Association requiring that the property be restored to its original condition prior to commencing the project. I understand that all work must be completed within 90 days of receipt of project approval.
    • I understand that if the ARC requires assistance from a consultant to effectively review my request, that I am responsible for the cost to the Association for such review. Additionally, I understand that I will be notified of this requirement prior to being charged such costs, and have the opportunity to rescind my request, should I choose not to pay for the additional cost.
    • I understand that if my request is denied, and I make changes without approval, Four Seasons HOA may require me, at my own expense, to restore my lot back to its condition prior to commencing the project and/or fine me for moving forward without approval.I understand that I am responsible for any permits required by the City and/or County and that approval by the Four Seasons HOA ARC is not a substitute for required City permits.
