    1. We can only send you more Loop players once you have connected the ones we've already sent you, so please install all of them as soon as possible!

     

    2. If you are ordering to replace a malfunctioning or missing unit, please email support@loop.tv or call 888-991-5667 instead. 

     

    3. If you're ordering new players for a different type of business than your current one, you'll need to create a new account for that business. You can set one up at loop.tv.
