Cougar Bands Holiday Music Performances, Auction Items, and $15 Pre-Paid Meal
Please join us for a Cougar Band Community Holiday Meal. Please pre-order NOW as you will not be able to purchase meals at the concert!!! Come prepared to hear a variety of holiday music! Feel free to dress festive for the occasion and be prepared to BID on items for our annual Winter Fundraiser!
Who: Cougar Band & Encore Families, Friends, and Community Members
What: 2022 Holiday Meal, Holiday Music Perfomed by all Bands, Auction and Sale Items
When: Thursday, December 1 - Food service between 5:30 - 8:00p, Band performances beginning around 6pm forward, auction items and other sale items for purchase throughout the evening
Where: Cinco Ranch High School Main Commons (the Cafeteria located in the center of campus, main entrance)
All Cougar Band & Encore family and friends are invited!!
Beginning at 5:30 PM - check name off list for Dinner Tickets - begin browsing auction items, eating, and grab your seats!
6 PM Band performances begin (6 PM - Concert 2, 6:30 PM - Concert 1, 7 PM - Symphonic, 7:30 PM - Wind Ensemble)
8 PM - Pick up auction items and help with clean up (when everyone helps, we all get to leave sooner :)
Payment for each $15 meal will only be online in advance. No meal purchases at the door (our vendor has to be told in advance how much to bring).
**Meals will not be provided for students and must be pre-ordered as well.**
Meals will be provided by Hickory Hollow. Cost for each meal is $15 and includes the following:
Smoked Turkey Breast (plus cranberry sauce)
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Unsweetened tea, lemonade, and water
No meals will be available for purchase during the event. The deadline for purchasing is Tuesday, November 29. Thank you for the speed of ordering so we can get a correct count to our vendors.
