    University of Kansas Medical Center
  • Pursuant to the Public Assembly Policy and in accordance with the Public Assembly Registration Process, groups seeking to hold an assembly on University property must first register the assembly with the Vice Chancellor of Finance. Registrations must be submitted at least seven (7) days, but not more than ninety (90) days, prior to the proposed date of the Assembly.  The Vice Chancellor of Finance, or their designee, will provide notice of the availability of the preferred space no later than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the proposed Assembly.

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  If the group’s preferred campus space is already scheduled for the same date or time by another group or a University unit, the Vice Chancellor of Finance, or their designee, with notify the group’s contact person that its preferred campus space is not available.  In the event of such conflict, the group may amend its registration to select an available campus space, date, or time for the Assembly, without regard to the seven (7) day notice period.
