As a non-profit community service organization, the Somers Lions Charitable Foundation participates in or contributes to qualified charities who, in turn support the needs of the less fortunate of our community
Process
All requests received by the Somers Lions Charitable Foundation are reviewed by the Somers Lions Finance Committee.
Upon their review and recommendation, subsequent action will be taken at our regularly scheduled Board meetings
Please submit all applications on or before December 31st for consideration this year. (Fiscal year ends June 30th). Any applications received after December 31st will NOT BE REVIEWED and will need to be resubmitted starting September of the following year
