The more often you answer these questions the easier it will get and the more brief your answers will likely become. Trust us, there is a method to our madness. Some of the questions are updated each quarter as well. If you are not yet in business, no problem, we are here to help. Answer the question honestly so we can find ways to help you no matter what stage in business or creative practice you are in.

This form is long because it's designed to help you get clarity around your creative practice and/or business goals. Feel free to skip answers that aren't applicable to you or that are making you stuck. The questions that stump you may be an indicator of what needs attention in your business, so just take note and keep going. Some questions are required but most are not.
