I understand that the timing of litters is uncontrolled, and Willow & Co. cannot guarantee a successful pregnancy. In the event that a planned litter is unsuccessful, I will be transferred to the next available waitlist. I understand that, if transferred to another waitlist, I may not hold the same place.*

I understand that families choose their puppies in the order of the waitlist, and can choose from any of the puppies available to them when it is their turn to reserve. Families who are unreachable during their selection time via video chat and do not provide a top 3 list, will forfeit their spot on the waitlist.*

Although, puppies are all seen, inspected and found to be a good health by a licensed DVM prior to going home, UTI's, Ear Infections, Allergy Issues and Parasites are all common issues and can sometimes the stress of leaving the Breeder, Mama and Litter mates can cause flare ups. Per our health guarantee, it is required you see a license DVM 72 hours after your puppy leaves our home.*
