To be eligible, entries must include name, phone number, address, and why the individual should be considered. Entries must be completed and received on or before December 20th. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall be securely retained and exclusively shared with Lyons Roofing Inc. ("Lyons Roofing") and their designated marketing team ("GTMEDIA"). Lyons Roofing will not be responsible for lost, misdirected entries. Entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. on December 20th, or they will not be accepted. GIVEAWAY RULES: 1.Applications will only be considered if they are complete and submitted on or before December 20th. Recipient will be announced in mid-January. 2.You cannot be self-nominated. 3.Nominees must show proof they own and live in the residence that will receive the new roof. 4.The giveaway is open to Pennsylvania residents of age and living within Lyons Roofing service territory, including Delaware County and Surrounding areas. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Lyons Roofing, advertising, promotional agencies, and their respective affiliates and associates are excluded from this giveaway. 5.The giveaway is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. 6.All decisions of Lyons Roofing are final and absolute and not subject to inquiry – no substitutions will be available. All submitted materials, encompassing photos and videos, shall be securely retained and exclusively shared with Lyons 7.Roofing and their designated marketing team. 8.The selected recipient will receive one residential roof replacement from Lyons Roofing Inc. 9.Homeowners who have filed previous insurance claims for roof repair will not be eligible. 10.All prizes are non-transferable. 11.Lyons Roofing retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent materials or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any materials for any reason whatsoever. *Free Roof must be accepted, scheduled, and completed on Lyons Roofing timeline. *Residences with existing liens will be disqualified. *All future repairs, replacements, maintenance, services are subjected to homeowners' expense. *Cannot be combined with any other offer for cash deductible. *Roaring with Gratitude campaign is considered a donation from Lyons Roofing. *Winner will be posted on media platforms, images and videos will be used for marketing purposes.
