APPLICANT GUIDELINES

A credit/criminal/eviction history must be complete on every applicant over the age of 18, any negative information on such report may result in the denial of your application. There is a $27.00 non-refundable fee to process each applicant over 18 years of age. Each applicant must provide a valid state issued photo ID along with two weeks of pay stubs or employer verification letter with yearly wage.
