This form will help me, help you get the tattoo you want. The questions are questions I would ask should I get any contact through a message on social media or via email.

(please include the side(left or right you would like also. Examples "I would like the tattoo on my left calf, on the back of my leg" or "I would like the tattoo on the inside of my right forearm"
How big would you like your tattoo?
(I only need a rough idea of size. Be that a measurement in CM or Inches. Hell, the size of tv remote, dish sponge, "my phone". I've heard them all. I can make it work)
If you were to book, which days of the week are best for you?
Do you have a preference on morning, afternoon or evening appointments?(I usually start my morning sessions at 9:30am. Afternoon sessions at 2pm and evening appointments the latest I start is 6pm)
What happens next?

I will respond to you within 24 hours of your inquiry(be that to book or to inquire about a design). If I have anymore questions regarding your tattoo, I'll make sure I understand what you would like ahead of the next step.
With a good amount of clarity between the two of us, I'll give you a rough estimate on price & how long I'll need you for an appointment. Thereafter, I'll offer you an appointment date based on your preferences & let you know the amount of deposit I will need for the appointment and we can arrange from there.
