We don't accept impromptu reservations. All reservations should be made at least 3 days before the staying period starts. We would recommend you to reserve 2 weeks before your desired staying period, as we can only accept very limited pets (2 dogs) at the moment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We will serve 50€ as a deposit fee for your reservation. Payment should be made via bank transfer to:
  - LHV Pank AS - EE557700771009287603 a/h Lillika OÜ, and give description with your pet's name.
- If you cancel within 3 – 7 days before the agreed period, you will have to pay 50% of the deposit fee.
- If you cancel in less than 3 days before the agreed period, you will have to pay 100% of the deposit fee.
- We do not issue refunds for pets picked up before the end of the stay.
- Please note that dates agreed in any way (in writing, by word of mouth) are considered only as temporary reservation.
- Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid, which is due 3 days after submitting a request.
Waiver & Consent
1. I confirm that I own the pet or I was given authority by the owner to take ownership of the pet.
2. I assure Lemmika that this pet is currently in good health condition.
3. I confirm that my pet has a complete and updated core vaccination.
4. I acknowledge that the pet should have a safety collar with a leash and a proper winter coat for walking outside.
5. I confirm that my pet doesn't have any fleas or any communicable diseases.
6. I release Lemmika, its employees, and its owners from any liability, including injury, sickness, damage, accident, or death while in the vicinity.
7. If ever I wasn't able to pick up my pet on time, Lemmika will be calling the owner and get authorisation for the pet to stay in a designated shelter.
8. If my pet needs medical attention, I authorise Lemmika to have them looked at by the veterinarian.
9. I understand Lemmika is not responsible for lost or damaged toys, bedding, or other items left with my pet.
10. In the event that my pet causes any damage to the property of Lemmika, I hereby acknowledge and accept responsibility for replacing the affected items or providing appropriate financial restitution.
11. Lemmika has my permission & the right to take photographs of my pet, and to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
