  • Garments typically take between 1 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the design and complexity of your request. Does that timeline work for you?*

  • Payment Arrangements

    To begin working on your garment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance will be due on the agreed-upon pickup date.

  • Garment Creation Process

    Once the final design is confirmed, several fitting appointments may be required leading up to your pickup date. On the day of pickup, please allow up to 2–3 hours for any final alterations or finishing touches. Please note that any design changes requested after the final design agreement will incur additional charges.

  • Refund / Cancellation Process

    Because each garment is custom-made specifically for you, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted once the deposit has been made. I’m dedicated to ensuring this is a smooth and enjoyable experience, so please feel free to reach out at any time with questions or concerns.
