AMs can submit Transfers of CSRs, Drivers, and Shift Managers, but ONLY GMs are authorized to submit Transfers of AMs.

ONLY GMs are authorized to submit Promotions, Demotions, and Pay Rate Changes. These requests will go to your DM for review.

Promotions, Demotions, and Pay Rate Changes are not processed until ALL required docs AND DM approval have been received. The change will be effective at the beginning of the NEXT pay period.
