Instructions for Submitting a Certificate of Insurance (COI) Form
As a chapter affiliated with ACNA, your leadership, volunteers, and events are already subject to the coverage established in our various insurance policies. However, submitting the COI form is still required for all WIM events and any social events that require documentation.
Why This Is Required:
- All WIM events must be registered so that the National office is aware of your activities and can track them for insurance quoting purposes for the following year.
- For events held at venues that require proof of insurance, this form ensures a COI is issued.
What to Expect After Submission:
If your venue requires a COI, you will receive a digital copy via email once it’s processed.
If your venue does not require a COI, you will not receive any documentation, but your event is still officially recorded and can proceed as planned.
