    This form serves as the contract between SXS Adventure Rally on the Rocks and “Vendor” is binding and will become valid when submitted and accepted. Contract will be void if either side fails to execute the promised duties.

  • The vendor area we have is a great opportunity for all you Vendors and Sponsors out there wanting to support SXS Adventure Rally and the rally partcipants!

    This event allows you as the sponsor or vendor to be in contact with your customers to promote and sell your products as well as answer any questions they may have. We strongly urge you to consider being on site for the three days of exhibiting. SXS Adventure Rally on the Rocks is bringing two of the premier SXS Rallies togther into one event that will sure to be THE event to attend in the Western U.S. Thank you for your support.

  • SECTION 2: BOOTH SIZE

  • Vendor spots are assigned on a seniority basis then a first request basis.

    Please select booth size. Vendor payments may be all cash or 2/3 cash & 1/3 product.

    e.g. - 20'x20' Outside Booth: $1300 all cash vendor payment OR $867 cash vendor payment and $433 in product.

    VENDOR SPACE MUST INCLUDE ANY RAMP GATE DOWN SPACE REQUIRED

     
     
  • VENDOR SHOW HOURS OF OPERATIONS:
    Thursday - Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm

    All VENDORS ARE OUTSIDE 

    • Vendors with semi tractor trailers can start setting up Tuesday afternoon. All others Wednesday from 8:00am - 6:00pm.
    • Participants start arriving Wednesday afternoon.
    • Thursday - Saturday: Rides leave at approximately 10:30am and return from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
    • Your best chance to interact with participants will be before the trail rides depart and after they return.
    • Please bring your own easy-up, tables, extension cords & other supplies for your booth. There is no electricty and you will need to provide your own power.
  • SECTION 3: PRODUCT INFORMATION

    • Sponsor is encouraged to have a product discount/coupon for trail participants.
    • Please check in as soon as you arrive to get your company registered and get your wristbands, we also need your donated items tagged with your company name on it.
  • SECTION 4: PARTICIPANTS

  • Every paid booth will include four (4) participant registrations. Trail selection will be done onsite at registration based on availability, (this will be strictly enforced). You will be given four (4) wrist bands and four (4) dinner tickets. Any other vendor participants will get a discounted rate of $50 per person. Total cost per additional registrant is $25 which includes a band for dinner. 

    Enter your initials in the box below to confirm that you understand the four (4) included registrant limit. Any additional participants may be purchased at the $50 discounted rate for a total of $25 per additional participant.

  • If you would like to have more than 4 participants as part of your vendor booth, each additional particiapant is $25 wich includes a band for dinner and t-shirt.

  • SECTION 6: CHECKOUT

    • Vendors/Sponsors are encouraged to promote their products and company, however no vendor/sponsor may promote or in any way reference; SXS Adventure Rally on the Rocks, or any connotations to the idea of a SXS/UTV Utah Rally, without prior written approval.
    • No vendor or sponsor will be allowed to set up unless payment is made in full.
    • Booth location preference is available on a first-come, first serve basis, and acceptance of a vendor/sponsor is at the sole discretion of SXS Adventure Rally on the Rocks.
    • By submitting this form and signing this contract, the vendor/sponsor agrees to hold event organizers, promoters, Utah Department of Natural Resources, BLM and School Trust lands forever harmless from any damages or charges imposed for any violation of any law or ordinance by the negligence of the vendor/sponsor or of those subordinate to the vendor.
