Important Event Information:

The event begins at 11:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm on Sundays.

Booth setup begins at 9:00 am. Booth setup must be completed no later than 10:45 pm. Vendors are responsible for the setup and tear down of booths. Early breakdown is not permitted. Vendors who break down early will not be welcomed back for future events. All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, & linens unless you plan to rent a table and chair. Check- in at Crafts Creations and Me #4

Vendor spaces are not reserved until payment has been received in full along with required documentation. All booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE for any reason including if you, the vendor, aren't able to keep the date. Crafts Creations and Me LLC reserve the right to reschedule events. The event can be held come rain or shine, howerver if the event is postponed due to weather conditions vendors agreed to tranfer and partisipate in a future 2024 event. Crafts Creations and Me LLC is the host of the event and garantee to provide the space discribed for event, advetise in hopes of the events success, but do not garantee vendor sells or crowd attendance. As well as Crafts Creations and Me LLC advertising in hope of event success, it is also the vendors responsibility to advertise and share and spread the word in hope of the events succsss.

Required Documentation:

1. A copy of a valid Temparary Seller's Permit which includes the event date and address: (Even if you already have a seller's permit. You will need to apply for a Temperary Sellers Permit as it is Sacramento County requirment for vendors.)

By submitting this application, the applicant and all employees, volunteers or contractors hold harmless Craft Creations and Me LLC, and their Owners and release them of liability.
