Hello, thank you for considering TrendiH Travels for your upcoming vacation.

In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your getaway, Trendih Travels now charges a mandatory travel planning fee. Please understand the research being conducted requires an extensive amount of time, effort and resources to provide a custom quote.

Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise obtained through being in the travel industry. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation if needed, draft itineraries and more. The itineraries we provide details your vacation plans and travel arrangements so that it will give you a peace of mind on top of saving you time.

The non-refundable retainer fee is valid for ONLY 48 hours after the itinerary has been sent. If you do not respond or book within this time, a $25 fee will be charged to reinstate the itinerary.

The non-refundable retainer fee covers:

- Starting work on your request within 48 hours of submission.

- Two itinerary and package searches to find the best quote within your budget; additional proposals will require a $25 fee.

- Pre-trip travel tips and advisories.

- Email and phone assistance during your travel.

- Post-trip follow-up.

Group Trip Research Fee Non Refundable $100.00

For groups of 3 or more adults paying separately Includes research and preparation of up to 2 itineraries. Quote valid for 48 hours from time of delivery

Destination Wedding Non-Refundable $300.00

Includes research and 1-hour presentation of up to 3 properties tailored to your event. Initial coordination with on-site wedding planner. Quote valid for 7 days. Ongoing monitoring of resort inventory during booking process. Creation of a custom booking page. Research and inclusion of requested excursions. Assistance with individual guest bookings and pricing. Coordination of guest transfers to and from the resort. 1 month to decide on property and pay deposit on hotel accommodations.
