Release of Cowichan Valley Newcomers’ Club

By submitting this form, as a participant in activities offered by the Cowichan Valley Newcomers, I acknowledge and confirm that I am aware of the inherent risks and I am capable of undertaking club activities. Therefore, I release and agree to absolve the Cowichan Valley Newcomers’ Club, its officers, organizers and participants singly and collectively of all blame for any injury, misadventure, or any inconvenience suffered as a result of participating in any club activity.

I am aware that my contact information will be made available through the newsletter publication to other members for the purpose of organizing activities and to facilitate communication between members.

By submitting this membership document, I hereby authorize the Cowichan Valley Newcomers’ Club to use photos, which may be taken of me at events, in the club presentation materials and in the members’ monthly newsletter.

Membership Fees

Membership fee is $25 per year, per person. Membership runs from June 1st to May 31st. Fees for active members are due before July 1st. New members who join on or after November 1st pay $12.50 per person for their membership until May 31st of the following year.
