Christmas Vendor Registration

Christmas at Legacy Square: Saturday, December 7th 2024

Time: 1:00 pm - 6:00pm

Holiday Vendors 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Legacy Square

Vendor Set-Up from 2:00-3:30 pm.

Must be in place by 4:00 pm and stay till 6:00 pm.

 

Vendors will be outdoors and are encouraged to dress warmly.  Holiday costumes are welcome.

Vendors are asked to decorate their booth space with festive lights and holiday décor.
Please consider providing hot drinks and refreshments for participants attending the stroll.

Vendor booths only. Vendor trucks are not permitted at this event.

Booth size: 10x10

Booth Fee: $25

Vendors responsible for tables and equipment such as heaters, power cords, and other. Once vendor registration is confirmed, please check your email for more information.

 

Refunds available up until Monday, December 2nd. Any cancellations after this date will forfeit refund. Event cancellations due to weather will be fully refunded.

Vendor Registration Deadline:
Wednesday, November 27th.
Fee due with registration.

By signing this form Vendor agrees to abide by rules and regulations set in place by the City. Vendor understands and acknowledges fully the risk associated with the event and hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the City and its affiliates from any liability, with respect to any bodily or other injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from Vendor’s participation.
Vendor agrees to carry all necessary insurance and licensing while participating at event. Vendor agrees to leave the area in the same condition as they found it and understands and agrees that Vendor is responsible and will be held liable for any damages that Vendor may cause while participating at event.
