It is our pleasure to cordially invite you to join us on this trip back in time. We are looking forward to meeting and working with all of you for this, our 4th year of the Jubilee Renaissance Faire.

Please pay special attention to any changes as they will be strictly enforced. We have implemented all of these rules and guidelines to give everyone, from patrons to vendors the ultimate trip back in time.

This year the entertainment will again be amplified. We are still going through the auditioning process for new Entertainers, but have already locked in our Birds of Prey and of course Knights of Valour's, Full Contact Joust!

We are looking forward to another jubilant, Jubilee Renaissance Faire.
Application Process:
1. Please submit your application no later than September 30, 2023. Include photos of the product you will be selling or a copy of the menu and a photo and/or description of your booth. If you are a food vendor price range must also be included. NOTE: Booth space is limited so get your application in early. (all submissions will go directly to the Merchant Coordinator Sarah Cosner)

2. Once your application has been received, it will go through a jurying process.

3. If we feel your product and booth will fit with the Jubilee Renaissance Faire theme, an acceptance e-mail will be sent along with additional information and payment arrangements. If it has been decided your booth won’t fit with the faire this year, you will receive an e-mail stating so and potentially be put on a waiting list.

4. PayPal is the only payment process that we are accepting at this time. PAYMENT is due 5 DAYS after being approved. If payment isn’t received with in the 5 days your booth space maybe given away and an additional charge of $25.00 will be added for late payment. Upon receipt of your payment your contract/application is binding and you are acknowledging that you understand all rules and guidelines.

Camping:

Camping is available for both tents and RVs from arrival, November 15th, 2023 through to departure, Monday, November 20th, 2023. Camping is "primitive" as there are NO hook-ups at this time. There is a one time charge of $20.00 for a space 10' wide x 30' long. There will be and additional charge of $10.00 for every additional 10 x 10 space needed. If you need to have water and power there are a few camp grounds with "full amenities" within a 10 min drive.
Mechant and Food Vendor Fees:

Food Vendors - $650.00 for a 30 x 30 space. This space includes access to 30 amps of power and 1 water hookup.

Specialty drink booth - $250 space as needed upt 10 x 10 - water and power 15 amp included

Merchants - $100.00 for the first 10 x 10 space. Additional spaces are in 10 x 10 increments at a cost of $25.00 each. (Please give actual tent dimensions below)

All vendors must have their applications in no later than Semptember 30, 2023. Please remember, to send in your applications early. Booths are to be designated first come, first serve and it is believed most spaces will be gone very quickly.
Set-up:
Thursday, November 16th, 2023 9am - 8pm central.

Friday, November 17th, 2023 9am - 8pm cenntral.(subject to change)

Saturday, November 18th, 2023 6am - 8am central.

The rules and regulations are presented via a link on the web page and will be enforced, please read carefully. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave the property and risk being not able to participate in any future KOV/JRF productions including but not limited to GCRF andother shows.

The Faire will be open to the public November 18th and November 19th, 2023 from 10am to 5pm both days. All vendors must have their booths ready by 9:30am. All vehicles must be off site by 9am. No vehicles will be allowed back on to the Faire site until the last patron has left. The service gate will not open until the all clear has be given by security.
APPLICATION FOR MERCHANTS AND FOOD VENDORS
Please understand, once accepted and signed by you this agreement will serve as a contract.

As the merchant/food merchant you, are responsible for your own taxes according to state and federal laws.

As the merchant/food merchant you, are responsible for your own liability insurance and must provide a copy of your insurance to KOV/JRF.

I herby certify that I have liability insurance for my Merchant Business and/or Food Merchant Business or that I am self insured and therefore, agree indemnify and hold harmless KOV/JRF from any claims for injuries, accidents or lawsuits that result from my business activities.

I further agree, that my business is licensed and/or complies with all local, state, and federal laws. I am responsible for collecting, reporting and paying all sales and other taxes that are due.

The rules and regulations that are presented in the link provided below will be enforced. Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave the property.

The Vendor is responsible for reading th rules in full and conveying them to their staff. Failure to do this will not be excused in the event of an infraction.
