TRASH: It is the reponsibility of the event organizer to clean up litter and remove garbage from the premises.

INSURANCE: Events open to the public, n/a private, invitation only events. The renter shall obtain general liability insurance. The minimum limits and requirements of the coverage shall include: 1 million per occurrence, and 2 million for events with alcohol, 1 million personal and advertising injury coverage and 50k fire damage.

INDEMNIFICATION: The renter agrees to indemnify the district and its officers, agents and employees, and to hold them harmless as to any claim, liability or damages, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of, or directly or indirectly resulting form the conduct of their event.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Crown Mtn Park assumes no responsibility whatsoever, for any non-municipal property used within Crown Mtn Park is hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liabilities for any loss, injury or damages to any person or property of renter, its employees, agentas and concessionaires, or of any performer or spectator that may be sustanined by reason of the occupancy of Crown Mtn premises under this agreement.

THE CLUBHOUSE EXPECTIONS: Park in designated parking lots, NO PARKING OR DROPPING OFF SUPPLIES ON CEMENT SLAB. All decorations must be removed. No taping or pinning decorations onto walls. Table tops need to be wiped down with disinfectant spray. Sweep floors. All party supplies must be removed from the premises. Turn off and cover the gas grill. Lock all doors to the rec space and shut off interior lights. Put keys into lockbox.

ATTORNEY'S FEES: In the event that a suit is brought or any attorney is employed or retained by any party to this agreement to enforce the terms of this agreement, to collect any money damages for breach tereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other remedy, reimbursement for reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in connection

CANCELLATION OF EVENT: The event can be cancelled by the Executive Director of the distirct if the terms of this agreement are not substantially fullfilled in a timely manner, or in the event of an unforeseen catastrophic event or act of god. In the event such cancellation, the district can remit to all damages minus any expenditures incurred by Crown Mtn District. Neither party shall be liable for other lost profits, lost revenues or consequentional damages in the event of such cancellation. The renter will forfeit 50% of the park rental fee if they fail to cancel within one week of the event. If the rental is cancelled prior to one week of the event the renter will forfeit 10% of the rental fee.
