In 2024, Crestfield Camp and Conference Center is sponsoring Leader Connection Leader Connect is a retreat-style event designed for next-generation ministry leaders, positioned strategically during the program year lull between Advent and Lent. Leader Connect, provides Next Gen leaders in our region with a time of respite and renewal at the start of the new year. The retreat is a time for leaders to connect with one another, worship together. and be refreshed through play, fellowship, inspiration, and rest.
