We do not allow smoking or vaping on job sites, in work vehicles, at the workplace or in your work uniform. This is because the smell of smoke to a non-smoker is quite pervasive and would detract from the experience of our clients'. So as long as you are able to arrive at work without the odour of smoke & work the duration of your shift without smoking, this won't be an issue.

Regarding tattoos, we do not require that they be covered etc - the only thing that we are "on the look out for" is anything that could be considered offensive or intimidating. We want to ensure that our clients (especially the little old ladies) feel safe and comfortable in their own homes when we are there.

Regarding piercings, we have two areas of concern which may require that certain piercings not be worn whilst working. The first is safety - so any piercings that present a risk of getting caught on or in something cannot be worn. The second is ensuring that our clients (especially the little old ladies) feel safe and comfortable in their own homes when we are there. So any piercings that give an offensive or intimidating impression (by the standards of such little old ladies) cannot be worn.
