Join us for a relaxing morning workshop, while the spring flowers are still sleeping in the ground, create your own miniature garden and be reminded of the sunshine.

Therapeutic Horticulture is the act of using plants and plant materials to fulfill cognitive, physical, social and emotional goals of individuals with diverse abilities, veterans, individuals with PTSD, seniors with adaptive needs and more.

This fun activity is appropriate for all age levels, learn how to create a mini ecosystem. Learn the difference between an open and closed terrarium, activated charchoal and its uses, how to layer your terrarium and which plants are best for the project. Choose your recycled jar, mini plants, various rocks and mini houses, ceramic mushrooms, tiny lady bug decor and more. Make it your own!
