• The Grinch Sculpted Cake Class

  • This grinch sculpted cake class will not be repeated. SPOTS ARE LIMITED. Class is about 8 hours long with 1 hour lunch break. ALL MATERIALS included.In this class you will be working with all real cake. Cake I will be teaching you how to use the correct tools to create this beautiful cake and to avoid the cake to collapse. We will be working with vanilla cake and buttercream filling.

    •How to stack and carve your cake.

    •How to cover your cakes with chocolate ganache. 

    •How to cover your cake with fondant.

    •How to airbrush your cake. 

    •How to give a realistic look to your cake. 

     

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    This class has limited spots, by booking this class you are committing to take a spot. To book this class you need to pay 50% nonrefundable deposit, the remaining balance is due one week prior to the class. If you have made a full payment and you cancel two weeks prior to the class 50% will be refunded (You will lose your deposit). If you have paid in full and you cancel a week prior to the class 15% will be refunded. If you cancel less than a week before class, a couple days before class or do not show up to class no refunds or reschedules will be issued.Classes are not repeated unless there is a waiting list of at least six students. if you cancel two weeks or more prior to class You will be able to have a chance to reschedule the class with a 25% fee and make a payment For the remaining balance (example: your deposit of 50% has been paid , 2 weeks or more prior to class you want to reschedule the class; as long as there is another class coming up for the same price or more; you will have to pay 25% of the new class + remaining balance of the new class after your 50% already paid has been deducted from total price ) No lost payment can be transferred to a brand new designed class. No lost payments can be used as a credit to purchase products. If there is a cancellation due to COVID-19 a proof of positive test has to be sent to have a credit on hold for a future class.in case of a natural disaster: I will make sure that safety of my students is first! Class will only be rescheduled if it’s not safe for my students to fly or drive. I will always keep you posted and updated with the weather. NO REFUNDS

    Any videotaping MUST be used for personal purposes ONLY. You can upload a video on social media BUT without step by step. If you cannot show up to class you can replace yourself with another person to be able to take the class.You CANNOT RECREATE OR TEACH THE SAME CLASS
