- All Eastern Energy Services employment begins with a 90-day Introductory period. The initial ninety (90) day introductory employment period is intended to give new employees the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to achieve a satisfactory level of performance and to determine whether the new position meets their expectations. Management uses this period to evaluate employee’s capabilities, work habits, and overall performance.
- I understand that, if I am considered for employment and upon conditional offer of employment, Eastern Energy Services (“the Company”) may request from a consumer reporting agency an investigative consumer report that may include information as to my credit records, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. Upon written request form me, the Company will provide me with additional information concerning the nature and scope of any such report requested by it, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- I understand that any offer of employment is subject to and contingent upon successfully passing to the company’s satisfaction, its pre employment drug test, applicable physical, investigative consumer report and any other qualifying test it may require.
- If employed and I ever appear to the employer to be unfit for duty due to suspected influence of alcohol or other drugs, am involved in an accident or safety incident, hold a safety critical job, or am recalled from layoff, I may be subject to further alcohol and other drug screening. If I refuse, I will face disciplinary consequences up to and including loss of employment.

After 90 days, the applications are considered inactive and held for the period of time as required by law. I understand that, if my application is older than 90 days, I must complete a new one to be considered for an available position.
