Owner is over 60 years old and needs help caring for their pet due to owner's decreased mobilityOwner has an upcoming surgery or had a recent surgery that requires a recovery period of at least 6 weeksOwner has sustained a major injury that requires a recovery period of at least 6 weeks or has become permanently disabled due to illness or injury.Owner has been diagnosed with a major illness such as cancer, CHF, COPD, kidney disease requiring dialysis, neuromuscular diseases, etc
