They are willing to keep themselves accountable to consistently train with their dog(s). They understand that caring for a dog is a lifestyle. You will learn with your dog, more about your dog, and start to understand the reasons behind your dog's behaviour. Our training suits people who want to build a strong relationship and high communication skills with their dog.

I hereby assign and grant to Okami Canine Inc. the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) made of me and/or my dog(s) at any time during the training and/or boarding of my dog(s) by Okami Canine Inc., and I hereby release Okami Canine from any and all liability resulting from such use, reproduction, distribution, and publication.

Consultation Agreement

The Consultation agreement is validated by the submission below in total and as approval for future services without additional written authorization.
THIS AGREEMENT is made between the undersigned (by process of submitting this form) dog owner (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”) and Okami canine Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Trainer”), and the parties hereto agree as follows:

CONSULTATION AGREEMENT: Free consultations are not a guarantee of training and Trainer may choose, at Trainers sole discretion, not to start any training. Trainer may or may not inform Owner that no training services will be offered to Owner.

Free consultations are not a free training session. They are intended to identify if Owner will be a good fit for the training programs offered by Trainer.

CONSULTATION TARDINESS: Trainer will wait 5 minutes for Owner to join the virtual meeting. If Owner does not join within 5 minutes, the meeting will be cancelled and considered a no-show. Owner may then request a new consultation for a future date, at Trainers discretion.

If Owner arrives within the 5 minute grace period, the consultation will be performed for the remainder of the scheduled session with no additional time added.

CANCELLATIONS: Upon submitting this agreement, Owner shall have two (2) days/48 hours, from the date of agreeing to this agreement to cancel this contract.

Cancellation or failure on the part of Owner to attend the consultation does not entitle Owner to another consultation.

DISPUTES: In the event of any disputes between the parties, Owner and Trainer agree to attend mediation for their dispute. In the event mediation is unsuccessful in resolving any dispute, the parties agree to binding arbitration.

In the event Trainer is required to engage the services of an attorney to enforce the provisions of this agreement or to defend in any litigation brought against Trainer in connection with the training of said dog, Owner shall be liable for payment of legal fees and litigation costs incurred by Trainer in bringing said action, or defending said action.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. For the purpose of all legal proceedings, this Agreement will be deemed to have been made and performed in the Province of Ontario and the courts of the Province of Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any action arising under this Agreement.
