Health Notes

1. If accepted, you will be required to sign a health waiver, releasing Green Olive Arts from liability.
2. If you have any health conditions at all, you must notify Green Olive Arts. Failure to inform us of serious health issues could result the loss of this residency opportunity.
3. The city of Tetouan has a few steep hills and the streets and sidewalks are sometimes uneven or broken. It can be a challenge to get around if you have a physical disability that makes walking difficult.

Terms & Conditions

1. Housing - Green Olive Arts is a professional studio space set up to accommodate creative production, collaboration and research. Housing is not provided by Green Olive Arts. Artists are welcome to arrange their own housing, though, for a small service fee, Green Olive Arts does work with clients to arrange their preferred housing accommodations with partnering providers in the vicinity of the Studios and with prearranged discounts in many cases.

2. Funding/costs - Artists who are awarded this sponsored residency will have all residency fees paid for by the grant, but they are responsible for the deposit and all the costs of travel, housing, and meals.

3. Deposit - Applicants who have been Accepted must pay a 200 dh (MAD) deposit within 7 days of receipt of their acceptance materials to secure the residency place for which they have applied.

4. Materials Stipend - Accepted artists will receive up to 700 MAD to be used for purchasing materials and supplies used during their residency (official facturas required).

5. Acceptance - If Accepted, the Artist will receive an official acceptance letter and Residency Agreement, detailing more fully the terms and conditions of the Residency.

6. Cancellation & Refund - The deposit for this sponsored residency is non-refundable. If for any reason a residency is canceled by GOA, all paid deposits will be refunded in full.
