Adopter (s) agrees to the following

Ø Paws for life Az can terminate adoption of animal if abuse or neglect is found. It is also understood that Paws 4 Life Az may examine and make inquiries about said animal at any time and has the right to do a home inspection before or after adoption at any point. If it is not satisfied with the conditions of the animal or the conditions in which it is kept, said animal can or may be removed immediately.

Ø Within the 1st 2 weeks, you MUST establish a vet for your new dog. If you find your pup has a medical condition you cant treat we will refund your adoption fee.

Ø Rescue animals can take time to adjust to new environments. Time will be given for the animal to adjust to a new home; if a problem arises Paws 4 Life Az needs to be notified for assistance. We do have trainers who discount fees for Adopters.

Ø Adopter(s) understand Paws 4 Life AZ makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the health or temperament of this animal. Adopter(s) promise and agree to be solely responsible for this animal and to indemnify and hold harmless the Paws 4 life Az from all claims of liability for the conduct of this animal on or after the date of this adoption.

Ø I HEREBY ACCEPT POSSESSION OF THIS ANIMAL “AS IS”, AND AT MY OWN RISK. I understand that Paws 4 Life AZ will NOT reimburse me for any veterinary medical expense incurred for the above pet or any pet in my household.

Ø Animal will be given proper diet, training, vet care, exercise, love, and be mostly indoors, leashed when outside yard and ALWAYS have collar and tags on.

Ø Said animal can’t be sold, surrendered to a shelter/other rescue(s) or given to a new owner(s), Unless Paws 4 Life Az is made aware. If returning is necessary the owner must HOLD until approved foster is found though Paws Life Az.

Ø If said animal needs to be returned for behavior/medical after 10 day’s, proper training/treatment must be done.

If it isn’t done, there will be a $200 surrender fee to help towards training/treatment.

Ø ALL ADOPTIONS ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUND UNLESS, MEDICAL CONDITION IS FOUND WITH IN 10 DAYS.
