Please note, there is no access to the site before MIDDAY ON FRIDAY 17th July 2026.
All pitches are outside so you will need to bring your own gazebo and tables etc. All standard pitches are 6m frontage and 9m deep. Your stall, vehicles and guy ropes must fit within this space. You can camp within your pitch.
There is no charge for Clubs or Societies who are simply promoting their organisation. However if you will be selling items we make a small charge of £25.
Passes will be sent before the event and must be used to gain entry to the rally field. All enquires to: bartonsteamrally@gmail.com or 01283716497.
All stallholders must hold current, appropriate insurance for their stall/stand. Insurance documentation must be brought to the event. Spot checks will be carried out and where insurance cannot be proven, you will be asked to leave.
All stalls must be on site and set up before the public opening time (10am both days) and will not be allowed to leave before the event closing time (5pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday)
