Arts & Justice (A&J)

Dive into a world of adventurous art-making with this free after-school program that brings together social justice and theater. Create movement, poetry, songs, and theater with other high school students all over the city with the support of BAM's dedicated and innovative teaching artists. Over thirteen weeks you will become an ensemble that performs your own devised theater work in our Fishman Space at BAM! Our application deadline is Monday, January 23rd, 2023. The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays, February 6th, 2022-May 18, 2023 from 4pm-6pm.

BAM is no longer requiring proof of vaccination for participation in our programs. Wearing masks is suggested, but not required on BAM's campus.

Audition/Interview Information

There will be an informal audition in January of 2023. You will be contacted by a BAM staff member, either by email or by phone, to schedule your in-person audition.
