CHF Canada Risk Management Program
Unit Inspection Checklist
It’s easy to be unaware of minor everyday issues that can put us, our families, and our neighbours at risk. Most of these can easily be prevented with regular visual checks and a bit of maintenance. When your co-op participates in a Risk Management program, your home is safer and it may help to keep your co-op’s insurance premiums affordable.
Safety and risk management in our co-op – how you can help!
Once every year, it’s a good idea to check around your home for safety risks. This checklist will help and it should only take you a few minutes to fill out. Your participation will help reduce common safety risks to you, your family, and your neighbours. Reducing risks helps protect you, and it helps to keep your co-op’s insurance premium more affordable. Thank you for taking time to do this. We all want safer homes, and we appreciate it.
